Under Range definition

Under Range. In a measurement using UM-330, the sensor voltage has fallen below the measurement range. Non-fatal errors Correction: WarningE=1: A problem has occurred at the particle counter (Multi Mode R). The received status/measurement data contained the message "E=1". RD Retry=1,2,3...: Noise during data communication has forced a retry, but correct mea- surement data could be received. Cell NG: Contamination or condensation etc. has occurred in particle counter detector cell, preventing correct measurement.

  • Increased Assessed Value means, for each Fiscal Year during the term of this Agreement, the amount by which the Current Assessed Value for such year exceeds the Original Assessed Value. If the Current Assessed Value is less than or equal to the Original Assessed Value in any given Tax Year, there is no Increased Assessed Value in that year.

  • Borrowing Base Utilization Percentage means, as of any day, the fraction expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the sum of the Revolving Credit Exposures of the Lenders on such day, and the denominator of which is the Borrowing Base in effect on such day.

  • Acre-foot means the amount of water necessary to cover one acre of land to the depth of one foot, or 325,851 U.S. gallons of water.

  • Maximum Concentration Level Assessment means the Maximum Concentration Level Assessment for the purposes of a Basic Comprehensive Certificate of Approval, described in the Basic Comprehensive User Guide, prepared by a Toxicologist using currently available toxicological information, that demonstrates that the concentration at any Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern that does not have a Ministry Point of Impingement Limit is not likely to cause an adverse effect as defined by the EPA. The concentration at Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern must be calculated in accordance with O. Reg. 419/05.

  • Conversion Percentage means, (A) the number of Class B Ordinary Shares being converted, divided by (B) the total number of Class B Ordinary Shares issued and outstanding (i.e. up to 1,000).
