Under Dispatch definition
Under Dispatch means the period of time during which an Insured Person operates his or her dispatched vehicle or performs vehicle repair, while en route to picking up a load, loading, delivering a load, unloading, or returning from the delivery of a load. The dispatch must be authorized by the Motor Carrier in the normal and customary course of business and by the normal and customary means of such authorization. Under Dispatch does not include vehicle repair or routine vehicle maintenance if it is not done while en route to picking up a load, loading, delivering a load, unloading, or while returning from the delivery of a load.
