Undefined Terms definition

Undefined Terms. The Parties acknowledge that terms may appear in the Agreement that are not defined and agree that any such terms shall be construed in accordance with their end-user usage in the telecommunications industry as of the Effective Date of this Agreement.
Undefined Terms means any other term not herein defined shall be defined as presented in the “Glossary Water and Sewage Control Engineering”, A.P.H.A.,A.S.C.E. and W.P.C.F., latest edition.
Undefined Terms. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the same definitions as set forth in the Credit Agreement.
