Where property is lost or Destroyed, the work of Reinstatement shall be carried out on the original location at the same Site unless: (a) Reinstatement on the original location at the same Site is not permissible by reason of any Act, Regulations or By-Laws; or (b) Reinstatement on the original location at the same Site is not suitable to the Insured’s requirements; in which case, the Reinstatement may be carried out on another location on the same Site or on any other Site or Sites.
