uncured meat definition

uncured meat means a product without added curing agents (for example i.e. nitrites or nitrates); Clarifies the difference between cured and uncured meats. Tables make reference to uncured meats. In agreement with the proposal to add “uncured meat”. Please refer to the definition for “cured meat” and “uncured meat” for difference between cured and uncured meat products. The Tables for the different categories and classes of processed meat products also make reference to both uncured and cured processed meat products.
