Uncovered Platform definition
Uncovered Platform means an attached or freestanding structure not covered by a roof, which is located on the same level as or lower than the first storey of the building associated with the platform.
Uncovered Platform means an attached or freestanding uncovered platform or series of platforms, excluding any landing or stairs, which is con- structed above grade, and which is located on the same level as or lower than the first storey of the building in which the dwelling unit or suite is located.
Uncovered Platform means an attached or freestanding structure not covered by a roof.
