Unconditional Undertaking definition
Unconditional Undertaking has the meaning given in clause 2.1(c). Unconditional Undertaking Amount means the amount set out in Schedule 1. WSA means the Water Services ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (WA).
Examples of Unconditional Undertaking in a sentence
Unconditional Undertaking An irrevocable unconditional undertaking without any expiry or end date: (a) in favour of TfNSW and RailCorp; (b) issued by an Institution approved by TfNSW and RailCorp that maintains the Required Rating; and (c) where required by Law, duly stamped.
The Vendor shall provide or cause to be provided and shall require any Subcontractor to provide or cause to be provided evidence of such coverage upon request.
