Unconditional Undertaking An irrevocable unconditional undertaking without any expiry or end date: (a) in favour of TfNSW and RailCorp; (b) issued by an Institution approved by TfNSW and RailCorp that maintains the Required Rating; and (c) where required by Law, duly stamped.
