Unconditional Undertaking definition

Unconditional Undertaking has the meaning given in clause 2.1(c). Unconditional Undertaking Amount means the amount set out in Schedule 1. WSA means the Water Services ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (WA).

Examples of Unconditional Undertaking in a sentence

  • Unconditional Undertaking An irrevocable unconditional undertaking without any expiry or end date: (a) in favour of TfNSW and RailCorp; (b) issued by an Institution approved by TfNSW and RailCorp that maintains the Required Rating; and (c) where required by Law, duly stamped.

  • The Vendor shall provide or cause to be provided and shall require any Subcontractor to provide or cause to be provided evidence of such coverage upon request.

  • financial undertaking means any of the following entities:

  • L/C Undertaking has the meaning set forth in Section 2.12(a).

  • parent undertaking means a parent undertaking as defined in point (15)(a) of Article 4(1) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013;

  • Group Undertaking means any undertaking in the Group, including the Company;

  • railway undertaking means any public or private undertaking licensed according to this Directive, the principal business of which is to provide services for the transport of goods and/or passengers by rail with a requirement that the undertaking ensure traction; this also includes undertakings which provide traction only;
