Uncompleted means not Completed.

More Definitions of Uncompleted

Uncompleted means, with respect to an Item of Product, such Item of Product is not Completed.

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Successful Completion means that in the reasonable opinion of the Customer, Deliverables completed by the Supplier are fit for purpose, completed on time and otherwise meet all the criteria defined under this Contract;

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Turnkey means a procurement process where one service provider assumes total responsibility for all aspects of the project and delivers the full end product / service required by the contract.

  • Project Schedule means the schedule for delivery of the Services as set out in Part A, Section 5.0 – Project Schedule;

Bypass arrangements, jumper connections, removable sections, swivel or changeover devices, through which or because of which backflow could occur, are considered to be cross connections.

  • Construction Completion means completion of construction with all support facilities for smooth functioning of the Project and Project Facilities.

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Provisional Certificate is issued and, in the event, no Provisional Certificate is issued, the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Work in Progress means a Deliverable that has been partially prepared, but has not been presented to the State for Approval.

  • Turnaround means the procedure of shutting a refinery unit down after a run to do necessary maintenance and repair work and putting the unit back on stream.

  • Contract Schedule The list (as such list may be amended from time to time) identifying each Contract constituting part of the corpus of the Trust Fund as of the Cut-off Date, and which (a) identifies each Contract by Group, contract number and name and address of the Obligor and (b) sets forth as to each Contract (i) the unpaid principal balance as of the related Transfer Date determined by giving effect to payments received prior to the related Transfer Date, (ii) the amount of each scheduled payment due from the Obligor, and (iii) the APR.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;
