Uncommitted Secured Redemption Facility definition
Uncommitted Secured Redemption Facility means that certain uncommitted secured line of credit facility not to exceed $9,000,000 made available by the Bank to one or more of the Borrowers pursuant to a loan agreement dated on or near the date hereof.
Uncommitted Secured Redemption Facility means that certain uncommitted secured line of credit facility not to exceed $30,000,000 made available by the Bank to one or more of the Borrowers pursuant to an amended and restated loan agreement dated July 18, 2003, as subsequently amended.
