UNCITRAL Conciliation Rules definition

UNCITRAL Conciliation Rules means the conciliation rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law adopted by the United Nations General Assembly, 4 December 1980.
UNCITRAL Conciliation Rules means the Conciliation Rules adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations through Resolution 35/52 on the 4th December, 1980, as amended from time to time;
