Unchecked Baggage means any baggage (carry-on) accompanying the passenger other than checked baggage.
Baggage Check means those portions of the Ticket which relate to the carriage of your Checked Baggage.
Checked Baggage means baggage of which the carrier takes sole custody and for which the carrier issues a baggage identification tag.
Transit Passenger means a passenger who arrives at the airport in an aircraft and departs from the airport in the same aircraft, where such an aircraft is operating a through flight transiting the airport, and includes a passenger in transit through the airport who has to depart in a substituted aircraft because the aircraft on which the passenger arrived has been declared unserviceable.
Baggage means luggage, and personal possessions and travel documents; whether owned, borrowed, or rented, taken by the Insured on the Trip.
Deaf means persons having 70 DB hearing loss in speech frequencies in both ears;
Luggage means any property travelling with a Passenger but excludes any Goods contained in or carried on board a Vessel;
Shoulder means that part of a highway between the portion regularly traveled by vehicular traffic
Latency means the additional time, beyond that of the basic perceivable response time of the aircraft due to the response time of the FSTD.
Category 2 Training: This category includes services related to training state employees to understand and apply Agile concepts and tools.
Self-Check means an integrated function that checks for a system failure on a continuous basis at least while the system is active.
Checked-In Baggage means the baggage entrusted by the Insured and accepted by a Common Carrier for transportation for which a baggage receipt is issued to the Insured by the Common Carrier. This shall exclude all the items that are carried/ transported under a contract of affreightment.
E-Fax means any system used to receive or transmit faxes electronically.
Ticket means a list of:
Rack means a mechanism for delivering motor vehicle fuel or diesel from a refinery or terminal into a truck, trailer, railroad car, or other means of non-bulk transfer.
Motorized bicycle means any vehicle that either has two tandem wheels or one wheel in the front and two wheels in the rear, that is capable of being pedaled, and that is equipped with a helper motor of not more than fifty cubic centimeters piston displacement that produces no more than one brake horsepower and is capable of propelling the vehicle at a speed of no greater than twenty miles per hour on a level surface.
User seal check or "fit check" means an action conducted by the respirator user to determine if the respirator is properly seated to the face. Examples include negative pressure check, positive pressure check, irritant smoke check, or isoamyl acetate check.
Transit Traffic means traffic originating on CLEC’s network that is switched and transported by AT&T-TSP and delivered to a Third Party Terminating Carrier’s network or traffic from a Third Party Originating Carrier’s network. A call that is originated or terminated by a CLEC purchasing local switching pursuant to a commercial agreement with AT&T-TSP is not considered Transit Traffic for the purposes of this Attachment. Additionally Transit Traffic does not include traffic to/from IXCs.
Lockdown means the period between 23H59 on 26 March 2020, until 23H59 on 30 April 2020;
still means any apparatus used for, or which is capable of, distilling spirits, and includes any part of such still;
Spares means a part or a sub-assembly or assembly for substitution which is ready to replace an identical or similar part or sub-assembly or assembly including a component or an accessory;
Check Meter means the Buyer revenue-quality meter section(s) or meter(s), which Buyer may require at its discretion, and which will include those devices normally supplied by Buyer or Seller under the applicable utility electric service requirements.
Sidelights means a green light on the starboard side and a red light on the port side each showing an unbroken light over an arc of the horizon of 112.5 degrees and so fixed as to show the light from right ahead to 22.5 degrees abaft the beam on its respective side. In a vessel of less than 20 metres in length the sidelights may be combined in one lantern carried on the fore and aft centreline of the vessel.
Deck means a walkway immediately adjacent to a swimming pool.
Walked means when an Attendee with a confirmed reservation is denied a room for any reason.
Category 1 means medical education activities that have been designated as Category 1 by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), a state medical society, or an equivalent organization.
