Uncalled Amount definition

Uncalled Amount means, in respect of a Unit, the Application Price of the Unit less the Paid Up Amount of the Unit.
Uncalled Amount in respect of a Unit, the Application Price less the amount remaining unpaid and which has not been called. UNIT: an undivided share in the beneficial interest in the Trust as provided in this deed.
Uncalled Amount means, in respect of a Partly Paid Unit, the amount of the Entry Price which has not been paid or called under this Deed.

Examples of Uncalled Amount in a sentence

  • On the winding up of the Trust, a holder of Partly Paid Units has no liability to the Trust in respect of its Uncalled Amount except to the extent of Calls made prior to the date specified by the Trustee as the date the winding up commenced.

  • In spite of any other provision of this deed, if Units are issued on that basis and until such time as the Application Price has been paid in full, the interest conferred by those Units, and the rights attaching to them will be reduced by the same proportion as the Uncalled Amount for the time being bears to the Application Price at which those Units were issued.

  • The Manager may issue Series A Class Units, Series B Class Units and Series C Class Units with an Application Price of $50.20, each partly paid to $0.20 and with an Uncalled Amount of $50.
