Unbilled Services definition

Unbilled Services means an account for which the billing for services was incorrect for which the error was not immediately known and corrected.

  • At all times prior to any assignment to Seller of Uncollected Unbilled Accounts, Buyer shall, and Buyer shall cause Company to, exercise commercially reasonable efforts to collect the Clean-Up Unbilled Services.

  • The Company's Adjusted Working Capital shall mean the Purchased Assets, less: (i) the Assumed Liabilities, (ii) the portion of trade receivables that are more than 100 days past the original invoice date; (ii) promissory notes due from employees or Affiliates of the Company; and (iii) the amount, if any, by which the sum of the Closing Balance Sheet items "Supplies," "Deposits," "Prepaid Expenses," "Unbilled Services" and "Inventory" (each as calculated pursuant to GAAP) exceeds $130,000.

  • In allocating payments received between the Clean-Up Unbilled Services and other receivables of Company from the same customer, payments shall be applied as directed by the customer or, if not so directed, to the oldest outstanding invoice.

  • For purposes of this Agreement the term “Uncollected Unbilled Accounts” shall mean the amount of the Clean-Up Unbilled Services included in the Closing Working Capital that are not collected by Buyer within one hundred twenty (120) days of March 31, 2007; provided that the Company or Buyer has completed all work relating to such Clean-Up Unbilled Services and forwarded an invoice no later than March 31, 2007 requesting payment within thirty days of receipt of such invoice to the appropriate customer.

Related to Unbilled Services

  • Finished Services means complete end-to-end services offered by CenturyLink to wholesale customers or retail End User Customers. Finished Services do not include Unbundled Network Elements or combinations of Unbundled Network Elements. Finished Services include Access Services, private lines, retail services, and resold services.

  • Routine patient care costs means Covered Medical Expenses which are typically provided absent a clinical trial and not otherwise excluded under the Policy. Routine patient care costs do not include:

  • Hosted Services means any cloud-based services, hosted service (including hosted services relating to the Licensed Software), software as a service, or other Internet or network-based services provided under the Agreement.

  • Contracted Services means medical services, nursing services, health-related services, ancillary services, or environmental services provided according to a documented agreement between a health care institution and the person providing the medical services, nursing services, health-related services, ancillary services, or environmental services.

  • Excluded Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).
