The Parties agree that no censorship based on moral, religious, or political values shall be exercised or allowed against any material which a Member desires to be placed in the library collections of UNBC.

The College shall not make a decision to enter into any agreements in the future with U.N.B.C., O.L.A., Community Skills Centres, or any other public post-secondary institutions (including the Prince ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Native Friendship Centre) that materially affects the work of the bargaining unit or the terms and conditions of faculty employees without prior consultation with the Association; this shall involve meaningful discussion by the parties and full disclosure of the information related to such agreements.
The outcome of all discussions will be relayed to the UNBC liaison committee of the College Board.
