Unbalanced definition

Unbalanced means in relation to a Derivatives Clearing Position Account, that all Trade Legs on that Position Account with the same contract symbol, maturity date, strike price, put/call indicator, ISIN code and currency and with an open Buy designation or a close Sell designation are netted into a single long Position and all Trade Legs on that Position Account with the same contract symbol, maturity date, strike price, put/call indicator, ISIN code and currency and with an open Sell designation or a close Buy designation, are netted into a single short Position.
