Unavailability Period definition

Unavailability Period means the period during which the Hirer is unable to use the Vehicle as a result of Maintenance and Repair, as from the time the Vehicle is brought to a workshop for the purposes of Maintenance and Repair up to the time the Hirer is notified that the Vehicle is ready for collection.
Unavailability Period means a period of sixty (60) consecutive seconds of unavailability. Intermittent unavailability for a period of less than sixty (60) consecutive seconds and any Allowed Unavailability will not be eligible for the purpose of calculating unavailability periods.
Unavailability Period means that the Stadium Site or Urban Park is unavailable for a period of time in excess of seventy-five (75) consecutive days for hosting Authority Events due to (i) a restriction on usage imposed in connection with hosting a large-scale, special event (e.g. national political convention) or (ii) untenantability of significant portions of the Stadium Site or Urban Park.
