Unavailability Notification definition

Unavailability Notification means in respect of a Flexible Unit, a notice of unavailability to provide Flexibility Services in accordance with Clause 10;
Unavailability Notification has the meaning given to it in Section 13 of Schedule 4.
Unavailability Notification means, in respect of a Premises, a notification validly given by the Customer in respect of the Premises in accordance with Clause 5F (Unavailability Notifications).
