Unauthorized Software definition

Unauthorized Software means any software (including but not limited to firmware) not pre-installed by ▇▇▇▇▇ Pinball on a ▇▇▇▇▇ Pinball Machine or that does not comprise Authorized Content or Authorized Update.
Unauthorized Software means software which is not licensed for use, or software the use of which has not been authorized by the head of an organisation.

  • Unauthorized Use means either of the following:

  • Customized Software or “Customization” means any Application Software code modified or amended on behalf of the Customer. Setting of parameters, parameterization or configuration is not a Customization.
