Any modification, alteration, and/or enhancement to the PROGRAMS by THE REQUESTER not considered an authorized modification shall be considered an Unauthorized Modification.

Unless specifically authorized by the Company in this Agreement or otherwise in writing, Dealer shall not incorporate into any Product any non-Product, or perform any Unauthorized Modification of Products.
