Unauthorized Modification definition

Unauthorized Modification means a modification or alteration of a Product which the Company neither made, ordered, nor approved or that was not performed in accordance with the Company’s policies.
Unauthorized Modification means a modification which is not permitted by Annex II;

Related to Unauthorized Modification

  • Permitted Modification shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.02.

  • Required Modification shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.1 of the Facility Lease.

  • Unauthorized Code means any virus, Trojan horse, worm or other software routines or equipment components whose effect is to permit unauthorized access or to disable, erase or otherwise harm software, equipment or data, or to perform any other actions not authorized by Customer.

  • Contract Modification means any changes in the terms or provisions of the Contract which are reduced to writing and fully executed by both parties.

  • Substantial modification means modification of a relevant source that results in a significant increase in emissions, excluding any change in emissions resulting from by-product recovery. It shall be a matter for the Party to decide whether a modification is substantial or not;
