Unauthorized material definition

Unauthorized material means any feedstock or waste material that due to its feedstock category, characteristics, or volume, causes an exempt, conditionally exempt site or permitted facility to be in violation of this regulation or the permit conditions approved by the Department.
Unauthorized material means materials such as, but not limited to, any written, printed material or electronic gadget such as cellular or mobile phones, radios, radio cassette or other types of cassette players, computers, word or data processing digital instruments, soft and alcoholic drinks and any other material as may be specified from time to time by the DPAA, the Dean of a Faculty, Director of an Academic Institute or a Head of an Academic Department.
Unauthorized material means; any written, printed or recorded material that is generally or specifically prohibited from being brought into the examination room, which includes but not limited to:-
