Unauthorized Deduction definition
Unauthorized Deduction means a deduction taken by an Obligor of the Transferor's or the Originator's bulk business from the total amount of an invoice, without the authorization of the Transferor or the Originator, as applicable.
Unauthorized Deduction means any deduction taken by Vendor against amounts due to ARIAD.
