Unauthorized Communication. Except with prior written consent there shall no communication made to either parties respective bank and bank officer. Unauthorized communication shall be a serious breach of contract and damaged parties shall be entitled to terminate the contract and obtain damages for the breach.

Unauthorized Communication. 32.1. In the excitement and enthusiasm of working his or her INSPYRE business, a Brand Ambassador may attempt to contact the Company's vendors, suppliers, or advisors with questions or ideas. Any such communication without the Company's prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Vendors, suppliers, and advisors are often not set up to handle a large volume of contacts. Equally important, we must respect their rights to privacy. Questions regarding any of these Entities may be directed to Field Support.
