unauthorized alteration definition
unauthorized alteration means any change made to the structural, mechanical, or natural gas system of a building that requires a permit, but for which no permit has been issued pursuant to the Building Bylaw, and which results in an increased risk to health or safety on a parcel;
unauthorized alteration means any change made to the structural, gas, plumbing, ventilation, mechanical, electrical, or other components of a Building that requires a permit, but for which no permit has been issued pursuant to the Building Bylaw or another enactment;
unauthorized alteration means any change made to the structural, mechanical or electrical components of a Building, except changes made in accordance with a permit issued by the Township;
