Unauthorised Construction definition
Unauthorised Construction means the erection or re-erection, addition or alteration which is not approved or sanctioned by the Aizawl Municipal Council;
Unauthorised Construction means construction undertaken in contravention of the approved plan and without any approval/ sanction of the Competent Authority;
Unauthorised Construction means any construction made without obtaining a building licence, or after obtaining a building licence which is issued in violation of any law relating to town and country planning or erection of building; 1[and includes land appurtenant thereto not exceeding maximum extent as may be prescribed.]1

Unauthorised Construction means construction of a construction works or a part thereof without possessing a document permitting the construction or with a document permitting the construction but in violation of the essential concepts of the design documentation of a construction works.
Unauthorised Construction means any construction, addition or reconstruction carried out or completed on or before the 31st day of July, 2017 and which the Secretary has no power to regularize under Section 406 of the Kerala Municipality Act, 1994 and Chapter XX of the Building Rules.
