Unassigned Surplus definition
Unassigned Surplus means the amount by which the total cash balance in the
Unassigned Surplus means, with respect to any Insurance Subsidiary at any time, the amount shown on line 24(c) (designated "Unassigned funds (surplus)"), page 3, column 1 of the Annual Statement of such Insurance Subsidiary, or the amount determined in a consistent manner for any date other than a date as of which an Annual Statement of such Insurance Subsidiary is prepared.
Unassigned Surplus means amounts of the RECIPROCAL’s surplus not allocated to any Subscriber’s Paid-In Surplus Account or SSA.
