Upon the unconditional and irrevocable payment and discharge in full of all Secured Obligations (other than any Unasserted Claims), the Lender shall as soon as reasonably practicable, at the request and cost of Pledgor, take whatever action is reasonably necessary to release the Pledged Collateral from the security interests granted hereunder, and to terminate this Agreement.
