Unallocated Stock Options definition

Unallocated Stock Options means all option or right to purchase any share of the Company reserved for issuance under any share option plan, restricted share purchase plan or other similar share plan of the Company, including pursuant to the Amended Share Plan, which shall not have been granted or issued to any Equity Holder as of the date of determination.

Each Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • Stock Option Plan means any stock option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Company or by the Corporation, including the Corporate Incentive Award Plan.

  • Restricted Stock means Shares issued pursuant to a Restricted Stock award under Section 7 of the Plan, or issued pursuant to the early exercise of an Option.

  • Restricted Stock Units means an Award of stock units subject to such restrictions and conditions as the Administrator may determine at the time of grant.

  • Vested Company Option means each Company Option outstanding as of immediately prior to the Effective Time that is vested as of such time or will vest in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby (whether at the Effective Time or otherwise).
