Unalienable definition

Unalienable. ’ means that they are inherent in the human per- son, and they are inherent in the human person because they have been put there by the Creator, and that they are, as John F. Ken- nedy said in his inaugural, they are not given by the generosity of the State but by the hand of God.

  • Transferable means an obligation that is transferable to institutional investors without any contractual, statutory or regulatory restriction, provided that none of the following shall be considered contractual, statutory or regulatory restrictions:

  • Licensable means having the right to grant, to the maximum extent possible, whether at the time of the initial grant or subsequently acquired, any and all of the rights conveyed herein.
