Unacceptable Material means the materials listed in Section 9 below. All Recyclable Materials collected for delivery and sale by Company shall be hauled to a processing facility selected by Company for processing (“Recycling Services”).

Unacceptable Material means Non-Recyclable Material that must be removed from the Received Material prior to processing because it is either Hazardous Waste, poses a health and safety threat to the MRF staff or it cannot be properly sorted by the MRF’s automated sorting mechanisms due to size, shape, weight or other restrictions.

As part of a process leading to improvements, it is organized that hot weather procedures including relocation, must be part of the formal OH&S procedures developed, adopted and managed on a project basis having regard for the different conditions that may prevail on projects in various locations.
City’s Collection and Processing rate assumes that, on average, City’s Recyclable Material consists of no more than 20% Unacceptable Material (the “Unacceptable Material Threshold”).

More Definitions of Unacceptable Material

Unacceptable Material means all materials other than those materials constituting Solid Waste, as defined herein. Unacceptable Materials include Bulky Scrap Metal, Grass Clippings, E- Waste, tires, Construction and Demolition Debris, sewage sludge, Hazardous Waste, Qualified Household Hazardous Waste, and Regulated Medical Waste.

Unacceptable Material means any material of any nature that is unlawful or which is defamatory, obscene, or which contains any viruses, worms, trojan horses or any other contaminants or materials that have the ability to access or modify, delete, disrupt or damage any data files or other computer programs, software or hardware or any material that provides access to any such contaminants or materials Any reference in this Agreement to a person shall include a reference to a juristic person, whether incorporated or unincorporated, a natural person or association; and any reference to any gender shall include a reference to any other gender. A reference to days shall be a reference to calendar days. Any period referred to with reference to months shall commence at midnight at the beginning of the day of the year on which the period commences and shall terminate at midnight at the end of day immediately preceding the corresponding day in the final month of the period. This Agreement and all of its provisions shall be interpreted in accordance with the common intention of the Parties that - this Agreement is concluded for the benefit of both Parties; and - neither Party shall obtain an undue or disproportionate benefit to the exclusion of or at the expense of the other Party; - their relationship shall be one of good faith at all times

Unacceptable Material means any non-hazardous waste which is not permitted to be processed at a facility under applicable laws or permits, source, special nuclear or byproduct material as defined by the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 and the regulations there under, asbestos-containing waste, mercury-containing waste, and any waste delivered by Customer which is not approved by Company. If Customer has any questions about whether a particular material is considered hazardous, please call the Landfill before disposing of the material in the dumpster. If prohibited or hazardous items are put in the dumpster without written consent from Company and/or discovered by Landfill personnel, Customer agrees to have their payment method on file charged additional Prohibited Items Fees as well as any additional costs which may include but not limited to those costs and damages incurred by Company to recollect prohibited items from the Landfill and dispose of properly.

Unacceptable Material means soluble chemical waste, hazardous wastes, liquid wastes, wastes prescribed under the Environment Protection (Prescribed Waste) Regulations 1998 (other than Prescribed Waste) and any other waste specified by the Authorised Officer for this purpose from time to time; and

Unacceptable Material means any material which (a) by reason of its composition, characteristics, or quantity may cause potential injury to the Facility or its personnel, may present a danger to public health, safety or welfare or may cause the Facility to be in violation of any permit, license or approval or any federal, state or local law, regulation or mandate; or (b) contains non-willow products or any other materials as set forth in Exhibit C hereto, including but not limited to, any stones, excessive dirt or leaves, or non-wood materials.

Unacceptable Material means material that may include, but is not limited to, audio and video recordings or photographs that violate the privacy of others, bullying related issues and any content related to pornography, racism, hatred, or any other inappropriate materials.
