Unacceptable Item definition
Unacceptable Item means an item described as unacceptable on Schedule “B”, “C”, “D”, “E” or “F”.
Examples of Unacceptable Item in a sentence
Should Purchaser find an Unacceptable Item with respect to the Proprietorship, Purchaser shall notify Owner in writing of such finding and this Agreement shall become null and void, with no party having liability hereunder.
Purchaser s obligations hereunder shall be subject to its due diligence investigation of the Proprietorship whereby Purchaser shall not find any unacceptable (as determined by Purchaser in its sole discretion) item, condition or liability (an "Unacceptable Item").
Should no written notice be delivered by Purchaser under this Section 6.2(a) prior to such date, Purchaser will be deemed to have not found an Unacceptable Item with respect to the Proprietorship.
