UMTI definition

UMTI means UMT Investments Limited, a company incorporated under the Act which is presently carrying on the business of investment in telecom and related companies in India.

  • There is no information known to UMTI or UTEK that would prevent the financial statements of UMTI from being audited in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

  • UMTI is not in violation of any law, regulation relating to employment of employees.
