UMST definition

UMST means the tonnage of a vessel or lighter as calculated by the Universal Measurement System contained in the International Convention for Tonnage Measurement of Ships 1969 (to which the Commonwealth is a party), as affected by any amendment under Article 118 of that Convention, other than an amendment not accepted by the Commonwealth;
