UMS certificate definition

UMS certificate means a certificate issued to you by your Local Network Operator in accordance with Agreed Procedure 520 containing details of your inventory including EAC for each SSC;
UMS certificate means the certificate issued to you by your Local Network Operator in accordance with the BSC Procedure BSCP520 containing details of your inventory including your EAC for each Standard Settlement Configuration as varied from time to time by your Local Network Operator in accordance with any change to the Apparatus;
UMS certificate issued to you by your Network Operator, providing details of the inventory of your Installations and the EAC for each SSC, where relevant;

  • Class S Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-18 hereto and evidencing an undivided beneficial interest in the Class S Specific Grantor Trust Assets. The Class S Certificates have no Pass-Through Rate, Certificate Balance or Notional Amount.

  • Class ___ Certificate means a document issued by a recognised organisation certifying the fitness of a ship for a particular use or service in accordance with the rules and procedures laid down and made public by that recognised organisation;

  • Class A-S Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-8 hereto.

  • Class K Certificate means any of the Certificates with a "Class K" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Notional Certificate Any Class A-IO Certificate.
