UMCi definition
UMCi means an entity that has as its primary business the manufacture of Bulk CMOS Integrated Circuits, wherein at least fifty percent (50%) of the ownership interest in such entity is owned by United Microelectronics Corporation ("UMC") and at least twenty percent (20%) of the ownership interest in such entity is currently owned by IFX, and wherein UMC and no other entity provides day-to-day control and decision-making authority as to the manufacturing operations of such entity.
