Umbrella Organisation means a civic, social, fraternal or religious non-profit organisation that governs and regulates its constituent units, for example, an arch-diocese, a diocese, national convention, national assembly, council or a grand or district grand lodge or chapter, local society or club district or local organisation, and any entity which is internationally recognised or accredited.
