Umbrella Contract definition

Umbrella Contract has the meaning stating in the preamble.
Umbrella Contract means these Umbrella Terms and Conditions along with the Schedules and Exhibits attached to these Umbrella Terms and Conditions.
Umbrella Contract means OGS Information Technology Umbrella Contract – Manufacturer Based Group 73600 Award 22802.
