ULTRAHOLICS and "HYPE 2-0" in the United States and in each country in which the Products will be sold and has the sole and exclusive right to grant a license of the names "HYPERHOLICS", "ULTRAHOLICS" and "HYPE 2-0" to Saratoga pursuant to this Agreement, free and clear of all liens, encumbrances or restrictions of any kind;
