Ultimate Yield is 300 acre-feet per Fiscal Year and subject to reduction provisions outlined in Exhibit D, incorporated herein by this reference.
Ultimate Yield is 11,000 acre-feet of Recycled Water generated and recharged by the Project per Fiscal Year, subject to the reduction provisions described in Exhibit D attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
