Ultimate Control. Pursuant to Directive DI144-2007-08 of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, except for the aforesaid procedures for the verification of the identity of the beneficial owners, a CIF must identify the persons who have ultimate control over the legal person’s business and assets.
