Ullage Allowance definition

Ullage Allowance means the amount of allowed loss, theft or damage to Goods during the provision of the Services under the Contract for which the Company will have no liability, being 0.05% of Goods throughput in the relevant calendar year; and

  • The Company will not compensate the Customer for any damage to or loss of the Goods below the Ullage Allowance.
