UKG Entity definition

UKG Entity means Ultimate Software, Inc. and Ultimate Kronos Group, as well as their subsidiaries and affiliates, but shall not include Kronos Incorporated.

  • JV Entity means any joint venture of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary that is not a Subsidiary.
