UK undertaking definition
UK undertaking means an undertaking which is incorporated in, or formed under the law of any part of, the United Kingdom;
UK undertaking means an undertaking within the meaning given in section 1161 of the Companies Act 200617 that is incorporated or formed under the law of the United Kingdom.
