UK PSA definition

UK PSA. That certain Receivables Purchase and Sale Agreement, dated as of the date of this Amended Agreement, among the UK Originators, the Servicer and the Borrower, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, pursuant to which the UK Originators sell Receivables to the Borrower.
