UK Link definition

UK Link means the information technology and communications (ITC) systems (in aggregate) used by the CDSP to provide CDSP Services (including an information exchange system allowing the electronic transfer of information between the CDSP and UK Link Users and access to other parts of such ITC systems), as described in the UK Link Manual, and as from time to time modified in accordance with the Change Management Procedures;
UK Link means the UK Link Network and, to the extent to which (as described in the UK Link Manual) Users have access to and use of it, the UK Link System.
UK Link means the information technology and communications (ITC)

  • Data will only be provided where the Registered Metering Applicant is the Registered Metering Applicant as recorded against the Supply Meter in UK Link.

  • The User Telephone Enquiry Service (as defined below) is designed to provide customers with access to specific data held within the UK Link System in relation to specific Meter Point Reference Numbers via a telephone enquiry facility.

  • In the event that a Customer fails to do so, the CDSP shall be entitled to exercise its rights pursuant to the UK Link Manual in connection with a Customer failure to comply with the provisions of the UK Link Manual.

  • For the purposes of this Agreement, those instructions are as set out in this Clause 6, the parts of the CDSP Service Description applicable to the UK Link User Services, or as otherwise notified in writing by the data controller to the data processor.

  • In the event that the Customer fails to do so, the CDSP shall be entitled to exercise its rights pursuant to the UK Link Manual in connection with the Customer failure to comply with the provisions of the UK Link Manual.

  • If Executive’s employment is terminated for Good Reason pursuant to this Section 6.5(a), the Company’s obligation to Executive shall be limited solely to the severance provided for under the terms of Section 6.6.


More Definitions of UK Link

UK Link means the computer system for the electronic transfer of information between National Grid and users of such system managed and operated by National Grid, or any agent appointed by National Grid, and any system from time to time replacing the same.
UK Link means the System used by the Gas Retail Data Agent in its capacity as such.
UK Link means the computer system for the electronic transfer of information between BG TransCo and users of such system managed and operated by BG TransCo, or any agent appointed by BG TransCo, and any system from time to time replacing the same.
