UK Liens definition
UK Liens means (i) a Lien granted in favor of Lloyds Bank by Acclaim -------- securing Indebtedness in the approximate principal amount of 40,000 English pounds, (ii) a Lien granted in favor of Royal Bank of Scotland by Acclaim, (iii) a Lien granted in favor of Close Brothers Limited by Acclaim securing Indebtedness in the approximate principal amount of 60,000 English pounds, (iv) a Lien granted in favor of Royal Bank of Scotland by UK Sub in respect of a cash deposit in the approximate principal amount of 55,000 English pounds, (v) a Lien granted in favor of Royal Bank of Scotland by UK Sub in respect of a cash deposit in the approximate principal amount of $500,000, and (vi) a Lien granted in favor of National Westminster Bank by Softwright.
