This MoU does not constitute or afford any party enforceable rights in law against the other. The Parties shall enter into decisions in respect of this MoU on a consensus basis. The intention of this MoU is to commence a strategic partnership between the Parties, after entering into this agreement, the Parties will enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) if and when PSETA allocates to the UJ a discretionary grant, which is enforceable in law.
