UIS means U.S. United Inland Services, LLC, which shall be a wholly-owned indirect Subsidiary of the Company as of the Closing.

  • As Q subs of UIS, the subsidiaries were included in the U.S. Federal and certain state S corporation income tax returns of UIS.
