Any such separate license shall be on terms and conditions that are consistent with other such licenses within the industry and satisfactory to UHN.
UHN will be entitled to that interest in addition to any other rights or remedies available to it in respect to default in payment by MBI.

Any amounts held by UHN on account of the MBI Grant which are in excess of the expenses incurred shall be promptly repaid to MBI.
