UGCs definition
UGCs means the 2015 Edition of the Texas Facilities Commission’s “Uniform General Conditions for Construction Contracts” and all Supplemental General Conditions thereto published or adopted by the Texas Facilities Commission. The Uniform General Conditions are incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.
