UFX,. “we,” “us,” “our” means Absolute Tiles & Flooring Pty Ltd ACN 169 424 186. “Works” means all literary, artistic, and other works, including all physical works, production materials and subject matter created solely or jointly with others, by us in the course of or in relation to any Contract in which Intellectual Property Rights may subsist and all drafts, variations, alterations, and adaptations of such works or subject matter (whether currently existing or created in the future).

  • UFX has the sole discretion as to whether to engage or refuse the end user.

  • Toyga Online’s responsibilities under the Agreement include introducing the end user to UFX, providing UFX with documentation required to open the end user’s client account and ensuring strict compliance with UFX’s customer identification and due diligence procedures.

  • The purpose of the Lending Agreement is to allow UFX to use depository receipts (representing delivery) as collateral.

  • This Agreement shall not be deemed to be accepted by UFX nor become a binding contract between Trader and UFX until approved at UFX home office and signed by its authorized representative(s).
